   • User: Denotes a natural or legal person, including customers or individuals browsing the site without registration.

• Breach

Any violation of these conditions grants X-Network the right to deny access to its services or close the customer account associated with the infringement.

• Proof

The connection information from Recharge Mobile serves as evidence. Orders, emails, and payment proofs are enforceable between the customer and Recharge Mobile.

• Data Protection

Certain personal data is essential for service functionality. The site collects this information to compile traffic statistics and ensure optimal site display for Internet users. X-Network may collect this data using cookie files for enhanced navigation quality on the site. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except when obligated by legal authorities.

X-Network facilitates the connection between Customers and mobile telephone operators through its platform X-Network.com. X-Network processes orders on behalf of customers and delivers telephone credit to the beneficiary’s indicated telephone number.

• Countries Concerned

The site is accessible worldwide. However, X-Network cannot be held responsible if its content is deemed illegal in the customer’s country of residence. Visitors and customers accessing the https://xxxxnigerianetwork.com/ platform from territories where it is deemed illegal do so at their own discretion and assume any consequences.

3. Operation of Services

      3.1. Registration

Upon X-Network validating the order, the beneficiary receives an SMS notification confirming the recharge.

The current rates, indicated in Naira (NGN) or Dollar (USD), are those in effect on the day of placing the order. In case of any price increases by partner operators or existing taxes, X-Network reserves the right to pass on these increases to the selling price of the services immediately.

 Payment for orders can be made in two ways:

1. • By bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa Card, Eurocard/Mastercard, etc.), with details including card number, validity date, and security cryptogram. The order amount will be debited on the day of ordering. If the customer’s bank declines payment authorization, X-Network reserves the right to suspend service delivery.
2. Intellectual Property

X-Network respects copyright and the rights of database producers. All copyrights for works reproduced on https://xxxxnigerianetwork.com/ are reserved worldwide. Unauthorized use of these works, except for individual and private reproduction and consultation, is prohibited.

        6.1.  Printing on Paper

    8.2 Wrongful Termination

In the event of a breach of these conditions, X-Network may decide to block the customer’s number from recharging without notice and without compensation.

9. Complaints and Refunds

X-Network provides customer service for handling requests related to online orders, invoicing, or refunds. It will respond to these requests within 7 working days. If the customer does not receive satisfaction within this period, they can submit a new complaint via email. Each request must include the customer’s name, first name, contact details, and the corresponding order number. Incomplete requests will not be processed.

10. Withdrawal

Customers must take possession of the services purchased at the time they become available in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. Customers may withdraw from the purchase of services and products until the time these services are made available. Services or products are considered available when the customer receives an SMS receipt confirming delivery of the telephone credit.

11. Illicit Uses or Presumption of Illicit Use

 In the event of illicit use of a payment method (including theft, fraud, embezzlement, or fraud), X-Network may decide not to deliver products and/or services.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party will be held responsible for the non-performance of contractual obligations due to force majeure events within the meaning of article 1148 of the code civil. If such an event continues for more than 1 month, the obligations of each party may be terminated by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

13. Provisions

   13.1 Tolerance

X-Network may tolerate a breach of one of the conditions by the other party, but this does not waive its right to avail itself of this condition at a later date.

  13.2 Divisibility

If a law or new regulation results in the nullity of one clause of the General Conditions of Sale, all other clauses will remain applicable.

14. Attribution of Jurisdiction

  14.1 Applicable Law

The General Conditions of Sale are subject to Nigerian law, regardless of the presence of customers residing in or nationals of foreign countries.

  14.2 Language

The official language of the General Conditions of Sale is English. In case of difficulty, the customer and X-Network will refer only to the text in English.

  14.3 Competent Court

Any disputes between the parties will be submitted to the competent court located in Nigeria
